Background

I am a Chartered Engineer with a background in manufacturing, process improvement, and technology implementation. My career has taken me from the production floor through to board-level advisory, giving me an end-to-end view of how organisations actually work and where technology genuinely creates value.

I founded iS3 after repeated experience of the same problem: businesses investing in Ai and automation without the operational foundations to make it work. The result is always the same: tool sprawl, unclear ownership, unmanaged risk, and technology that the team does not trust or use.

iS3 exists to fix that. We bring the governance, the structure, and the implementation discipline that turns Ai from an experiment into an operational asset.

What I Do

I work with leadership teams to design and implement Ai and automation that is safe, auditable, and built to last. My approach draws on Lean Six Sigma delivery methodology and ISO management systems thinking. Every engagement starts with process clarity and ends with a governed, operational system that the client's team owns and can sustain.

I also provide fractional CTO and Chief Ai Officer support for organisations that need senior technology and governance leadership without a full-time hire.
